1. What do I get in the box?

Your refrigerated box will arrive with 3 meals for 2 people, a total of 6 meals. Each entrée is pre-portioned and packaged individually for freshness and convenience, so you heat up only what you need. The box will include cold packs to keep meals fresh.

2. Does Rotizen deliver to me?

Currently, we are serving our customers in Texas. We plan on expanding our network in the future, please check back for more updates.

 

3. What comes in a meal?

Each meal consists of two entrees along with your choice of rotis and/or rice.

 

4. Can I choose the contents of my weekly meal box?

We do not offer any customization to the meal boxes. In the future, we plan on offering more plans and customizability.

5. How much does Rotizen cost?

We offer a package of 6 meals once each week for $54, which is $9 per meal!

 

6. Are shipping and taxes included in the price?

Shipping and taxes are always included in the price. There will be no additional charges added than what you see.

 

7. When do I need to order by?

All orders have to be placed by Saturday noon for the following week. 

 

8. How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us if you need to cancel your order. Orders cannot be canceled after Saturday noon for the following week.

 

9. I have dietary restrictions/allergies. Do you have meals that work for me?

All of our meals are vegetarian prepared under the highest quality controls here locally in Texas. Though we cannot guarantee the meals to be allergen-free, please contact us if you have any specific concerns.
 

10. Who delivers my package?

We use a combination of local couriers and shipping companies to deliver the packages.

 

11. How are my meals prepared?

We use strict cooking procedures and unique cold packaging technology to ensure the best and safest possible meals for our customers.

 

12. How are my meals kept fresh in transit?

Each box is packed with FDA approved gel packs to keep meals refrigerated. Each entrée is individually vacuum packed to keep meals fresh longer. Please plan to refrigerate your meals after receipt of the box.

 

13. Can I freeze my meals for longer shelf life?

All meals can be frozen and thawed for later consumption.

 

14. Do I need to be home to sign for my package?

No, we will leave the box at your doorstep. The refrigerated box will ensure food remains fresh until you return home.
